KAZIMIR MALEVICH AND AVANT-GARDE
THE EXHIBITION TO LOAN
The collection offers 44 selected works of art made by Ukrainian and Russian painters in 1910-1940s. The collection obviously demonstrates the role of avant-garde within the context of art evolution. The diversity of advanced stylistic tendencies results from the fact that the painters represented different schools, namely: “The World of Art”, “The Blue Rose”, “Blau Riter”, “Knave of Diamonds”, suprematism, futurism, cube-futurizm, neo-primitivism, “Makovetz”, and “Culturliga”.
